Panel members are AI-generated. Scoring follows a rubric configured by the platform administrator and is not an official recruitment result.

How it works
01
Set up and check your application
Choose a specialty and format, and upload the application form you submitted. We propose facts from it and you confirm or correct every one. The panel's follow-ups may ask about what you confirm, and nothing unconfirmed is ever used.
Spoken · timed · 03:00
02
Complete the interview
A timed, spoken panel asks questions from the administrator's bank, in each seat's voice. No coaching while you answer.
03
Receive structured feedback
Marks against the configured rubric, each one citing what you actually said in your own transcript.
What is included
Voice
Spoken, timed answers
Answer out loud against a question timer, the way a real panel runs.
Rubric
Structured scoring
Domains, anchors and weightings set by the administrator — not generic AI opinion.
Evidence
Transcript-cited feedback
Every mark points at what you said. A quotation that is not in your own words is thrown out before you see it.
Panel
Multi-member panels
Distinct seats with their own roles and voices, following the pathway's panel template.

Example feedback excerpt
An illustration: the domain and anchor are the rubric’s own, the quotation is invented. In your report every mark cites evidence from your own transcript; nothing is inferred about experience you did not describe.
Clinical judgement and patient safety
9 / 20
Weighting 25% · anchor “Adequate”: Broadly safe but unstructured; escalation late or vague; reasoning partly explained.
Evidence cited from transcript
“…I escalated to the registrar and completed an incident report the same shift…” [illustrative]

Are the panel members real people?
No. Every panel member is AI-generated, and the interview never pretends otherwise.
Will this improve my chances of selection?
We make no claim about selection outcomes. The product gives structured practice and rubric-based feedback.
What happens to my application?
We read it to propose facts that you confirm, correct or remove, and the panel's follow-up questions may refer to what you confirm. Equality monitoring, declarations and referees are never read. It is deleted automatically 12 months after upload, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
Is my audio kept?
No. What you say is turned into text as you speak and the audio is not stored. The transcript is kept with your report for 12 months.
Where do the questions come from?
A version-controlled bank maintained by the platform administrator. An interview you have sat always keeps the wording and rubric it was marked against.
